Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at oldrivercandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. We’ll review your request and work with you to make it right.

Approved replacements will be processed within 3–5 business days.
