At Old River Candle Co., every order is packed with care and attention to detail to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully — ready to enjoy and gift.
We currently ship within Canada only.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and packed in Toronto, Ontario, and are typically shipped within 3–5 business days.
During high-volume periods (like holidays or new product launches), please allow a little extra time — we promise it’ll be worth the wait.
🇨🇦 Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
🌍 International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.
We know many of our U.S. and international friends love what we do — and we truly appreciate your support.

❗ Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please contact us at oldrivercandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and any photos if applicable — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
🕯️ Local Pickup or Delivery
We offer free local delivery within Scarborough on orders over $50.00 CAD.
Please reach out to confirm eligibility before placing your order if you’re unsure.
